All rates subject to change. All travel may be canceled at any time due to inclement weather or any reason deemed necessary at the discretion of American Fleet, llc. All reservations must have a credit card on file to hold that reservation. Cash may be payed at the time of service, but it is the customers responability to make arangements at the time of the reservation A credit card must still be on file with American Fleet, llc until the service has been rendered to the customer. We need 48 hours advanced notice for canclation or the full fee will be assesed to the credit card the customer holds the reservation with.
Deposit: A valid Credit Card # is required to hold any and all reservations.
Late Cancellations/No Shows: All cancellation notices must be made 5 business days in advance for all reservations or you will be charged the full amount of the fare for all services.
"No Shows" or clients who do not call in advance to cancel reservations will be charged the full amount of the fare and hourly rates may apply.
Extended Time/Unscheduled Stops: American Fleet, llc has a 15 minute grace period For all time overages. Any rental time more than 15 minutes will be charged at the full hourly rate. All stops must be per-arranged before the rental begins. Due to the size of our vehicles and safety concerns, all unscheduled stops are at the discretion of the chauffeur. American Fleet, llc reserves the right to charge for unscheduled stops.
Damage to vehicles or service items: Parties causing damage to vehicles or service items during a rental are directly and fully responsible for any and all cleaning, replacement, or repair costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Broken Items: American Fleet,llc Limousine and Car Services recommends that all personal items be removed from the vehicle when it is not in use. American Fleet, llc Limousine will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
No-Smoking policy: There is a no-smoking policy for all of our vehicles.
Alcohol / Illicit Substances Policy: Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to have alcohol in the vehicle at any time. No illicit substances are permitted in the vehicles at any time. The chauffeur will terminate the charter immediately without refund if he or she observes any illicit substances or minors with alcohol.
Colorado weather or Other Acts of God: If your car is delayed due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, or other acts of God, American Fleet, llc Limousine will do our best to provide you with a comparable vehicle. American Fleet, llc Limousine and Car Services reserve the right to cancel any and all scheduled reservations within a short notice for safety reasons or due to weather inclement.
